Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026 · Version française
These terms apply to everyone who uses LLoot (lloot.store), operated by LLoot ("LLoot", "we"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept them, together with the marketplace rules and the privacy policy.
1. What LLoot does
LLoot is an online marketplace where independent sellers offer game currency, items, accounts, boosting services, top ups and gift cards to buyers. The sale is concluded between the buyer and the seller. LLoot is not the seller: we provide the platform, hold the buyer's payment until the order is confirmed (LowGuard) and handle disputes.
LLoot is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any game publisher. Game names and logos belong to their owners.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- One account per person. The information you give must be accurate; you are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
- Your username is public. Your email address is never shown to other users.
3. Listing offers (sellers)
- You may only sell what you own or have the right to sell, and describe it accurately (region, platform, rank, contents, delivery time).
- Forbidden: stolen or hacked accounts or items, items obtained by fraud, cheats, bots or exploits, anything illegal, and any attempt to move a buyer off LLoot (contact details, other payment channels).
- Professional sellers (selling as a business) must say so in the offer description and comply with the consumer law that applies to them. Buyers' legal rights are more limited when they buy from a private individual.
- Instant-delivery content (codes, account logins) you upload is given to the buyer automatically once the payment is confirmed. You are responsible for it being valid.
4. How offers are ranked
On game pages, offers are sorted by price, lowest first, by default. Buyers can change the sorting and filters. No seller pays for a better position. Offers from sellers in "away" mode are hidden.
5. Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars; other currencies are estimates. The price shown at checkout is the price to pay: buyers pay no service fee.
- Payment is made in USDT or USDC on the Polygon network, to the address shown on the order page, for the exact amount shown. After sending, you enter the transaction hash. We check each payment before marking the order paid.
- Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. A payment sent on the wrong network, to another address, or for a different amount may be impossible to match or recover. Network fees are paid by the sender.
- An order not paid within 60 minutes is cancelled and the stock is released. If a payment arrives after cancellation, the amount is credited to your LLoot balance.
- For risk reasons, a single order is limited to the maximum amount shown at checkout.
6. LowGuard: delivery, confirmation and disputes
- The seller delivers within the delivery time shown on the offer, through the order chat or in game.
- The buyer confirms receipt. Without confirmation or dispute, the order is confirmed automatically 72 hours after the seller marks it delivered.
- If something is wrong, the buyer opens a dispute before confirming. Funds stay frozen; LLoot support reviews the order chat and evidence from both sides and decides: full refund, partial refund or release to the seller.
- If the seller does not deliver in time, the buyer can cancel and is fully refunded.
- Refunds are credited to the buyer's LLoot balance, which can be used for another order or withdrawn.
- Account sales carry the warranty stated in the offer (7 days by default).
7. Fees
Buyers pay no service fee. Sellers pay a fee on each completed order, deducted from the sale: Currency 4%, Items 4%, Accounts 4%, Boosting 4%, Top Ups 0.5%, Gift Cards 0.5% (lower rates for some games, see /fees). Founding sellers chosen by LLoot pay a reduced fee for a limited period. There is no listing, subscription or withdrawal fee. We announce fee increases at least 15 days in advance; orders keep the fee in force when they were placed.
8. Seller payouts
- A sale becomes withdrawable 7 days after the order is confirmed; account sales also wait for the end of their warranty.
- Withdrawals are sent in USDT or USDC on Polygon to the address you give, usually within 24 hours, from a minimum amount shown in your Seller hub. Check your address: we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address you entered.
- We may ask for identity information before large withdrawals, in case of suspected fraud, or when the law requires it. Platforms must report to tax authorities sellers who exceed legal thresholds (EU "DAC7" rules: 30 sales or €2,000 per year); sellers then have to provide the requested information.
- You are responsible for declaring your income and paying your taxes.
9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
When a consumer in the EU buys from a professional seller, they usually have 14 days to withdraw. This right does not apply, or is lost, for digital content delivered immediately (codes, account details, in-game currency) and for services fully performed (boosting), once the buyer has asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right: you do this when you confirm an order. This does not affect LowGuard: undelivered or not-as-described orders are refunded through a dispute.
10. Game rules and risks
Most game publishers forbid trading game currency, items or accounts for real money in their terms of service and may restrict accounts involved. Users trade knowingly and remain responsible for complying with the rules of the games they play. LLoot is not liable for actions taken by a publisher against a game account.
11. Prohibited behaviour, suspension and appeals
- Fraud, chargeback or payment abuse, harassment, fake reviews, multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, and any breach of these terms are forbidden.
- We may remove an offer, freeze an order, or suspend or close an account in case of breach or serious suspicion of fraud. We tell you the reason, unless the law prevents us, and you can contest the decision by writing to support. Funds that are not linked to a fraud are paid out or refunded.
12. Reporting illegal content
Anyone can report an offer, a message or a user they believe illegal or contrary to these terms through the contact page or at [email protected]. Explain what is wrong and where. We review each report and reply.
13. Liability
LLoot provides the platform with reasonable care but does not guarantee it will be available without interruption. As the sale is between buyer and seller, the seller is responsible for the item or service sold. LLoot is responsible for operating LowGuard as described above. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights consumers have under the law of their country.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced on the site at least 15 days before they apply; continuing to use LLoot after that date means you accept them.
15. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, contact us at [email protected] so we can find a solution. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may go to the competent courts under the law.
